IN SUMMER :
Hiking supervision for all levels: from family walks to discovering the traces and signs of wildlife life, or on a day hike, you will find "shoes that fit you". It could be an opportunity at a bend in the road to stop in a cabin to taste the products of our mountains.
Nordic walking supervision for all levels: Nordic walking is an activity that is suitable for all people and all ages, and which allows you to do sport in a group and share a friendly moment. A half-day session includes the progressive integration of a posture, gestures and breathing rhythms specific to walking with Nordic walking poles. It consists of muscular and energetic awakening, technical advice, fun workshops and light stretching.
Mountain biking supervision for all levels: outdoor sporting activity par excellence, mountain biking is an opportunity to explore varied landscapes while improving your physical condition. Practiced in the form of an initiation, with varied courses, balance games, for 1/2 day and full day for the most enduring.
Biathlon supervision: the combination of a course to be completed by running, pedaling or walking as quickly as possible and the precision of laser shooting (therefore without danger). To try with the family!
