This Nordic area has several access to the slopes:
- Chalet de la Haute Joux in Cerniébaud: starting point at 980m, the chalet de la Haute Joux will allow you to equip yourself and benefit from numerous services at the start of the slopes: sale of fees, fun area, equipment rental, first aid station, toboggan run, night run, out-of-sack room, restaurant, reception point, ski school, pedestrian circuit, snowshoe trails, snowtubing
- Chalet de la Bourre: in the heart of the Mignovillard forest, at the Col du Lancier at 1080m, the start of the slopes of the Chalet de la Bourre is a little more isolated compared to the Chalet de la Haute Joux. However, there are several services there: sale of fees, fun area, reception point, bag-free room, first aid station, equipment rental, toboggan run, snowshoe trails
- Vaux and Chantegrue: departure from the northernmost slopes of the Haute Joux area at 930m, the Vaux and Chantegrue slopes are mainly in fairly open valleys and clearings. The services offered in the winter season are the sale of fees and first aid station, snowshoe trails
- Chalet des Arches (Arsure Arsurette): more than a cross-country skiing start, the trapper site of the Chalet des Arches is above all a multi-activity area, where different practitioners meet easily: dog sledders, snowshoe runners , and hikers… ideal if you want to try an activity other than skiing!
