The Vers-en-Montagne cooperative in the Jura is a traditional fruit farm, that is to say a workshop for transforming milk into cheese.
In Vers-en-Montagne, we make a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese which is Comté. We also produce our “homemade butter”, cream, serac, and faitselle.
