The County in all its forms
A booming industry
The 66 municipalities forming the “Champagnole Nozeroy Jura” territory bring together 286 farms, within which 426 farmers actively participate in the making of the king of cheeses: the County !
The latter is produced daily in local cheese factories, called “ fruit trees ”, thanks to milk from “AOC Comté” farms located within a maximum surrounding area of 25 kilometers, and according to precise and demanding specifications.
