Want to hurtle down the snowy slopes of the area on your skis?
Then go to the “Grandes Côtes” located to the north-east of Foncine-le-Haut, next to the hamlet “Petit-Pierre”. It is the ideal place to familiarize yourself with alpine skiing and spend quality time with family or friends!
The site is equipped with 3 downhill slopes and 2 “snow wires” (introduction for beginners), as well as 4 snow cannons guaranteeing snow coverage on the slopes.

In a warm atmosphere, the Foncine-le-Haut French Ski School supports young people – and not so young people! – in their learning of skiing and other disciplines offered by the resort. Whether you are putting on skis for the first time or want to boost your level, the instructors know how to adapt their advice and use fun methods for gentle learning.
